Together with SolidarMed staff, she is focused on workforce development through multidisciplinary health professional education. Their work ensures that healthcare professionals have access to quality training and education in rural areas, incorporating essential components such as curriculum, training infrastructure, eLearning, diverse teaching methodologies, preceptorship, and clinical simulation.
