Dr. Xavier Bosch-Capblanch

Dr. Xavier Bosch-Capblanch is a Medical Doctor, Master of Science (MSc) in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene and Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) on data to policy in immunisation, and a degree in Public Health from Spain. As Associate Professor in Epidemiology at Basel University, a significant part of his work is related to the production and synthesis of health systems evidence, impact and vaccination coverage data. He has been involved in several Cochrane systematic reviews and led initiatives to bridge the gap between research evidence and management and policymaking. He has experience working in Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
