Felicitas Högger, MAS Business Innovation Management

Felicitas Högger is an innovation manager and designer with a background in visual communication and team facilitation. She co-leads the MediaLab at the Institute of Applied Linguistics at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and teaches the skills of design methods, human-centered research, and interaction design. Since 2002, Felicitas has been running her own agency, formerei gmbh, where she supports start-ups and SMEs with brand strategy and corporate consulting. She is passionate about the power of creative collaboration, and her work and research embody a unique blend of design methodologies and visual facilitation techniques, aimed at unlocking creativity and enhancing knowledge transfer.
