Emilia Campello hold a Bachelor in "Language, Culture, and Society of Asia and Mediterranean Africa" at the University Ca' Foscari of Venice, and a Master Degree in "African and Asian Studies" (International Relations) at the University of Pavia. Her master's thesis focused on the relationship between Syrian refugees and the Jordanian host community and their different access to the main services in the city of Zarqa, Jordan, where she conducted a quantitative and qualitative analysis. After her academic studies, Emilia worked in the humanitarian sector, mainly with migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers, within different NGOs in Greece, Jordan, and Italy.
Emilia is currently working as assistant coordinator of the SSPH+ Summer School in Public Health Policy, Economics, and Management in Lugano.
